Why using the pricing grid?
The pricing grid can help you to bid faster on Direct business auctions by proposing directly an automated price based on different parameters.
What are the different parameters?
The parameters are defined via an excel file (csv format).
type_parcel | country_from | postcode_from | country_to | postcode_to | tarif_min | km_min | km_max | price_per_km | fixed_price | vehicle_type |
| FR|DE | 75 | DE|RO | 88 |
| 0 | 100 | 0.85 |
| BREAK |

| 0 | 100 | 0.5 |

Definition of each parameter:
type_parcel : N/A
country_from : Departure country of the shipment. You can add multiple country codes separated via | (for example FR|DE). This means that the price will be calculated for shipments that have a departure place from France or Germany (You can find the list of country code here :
https://www.iban.com/country-codes column Alpha 2)
postcode_from : Departure postal code of the shipment. You can add multiple country codes separated via | (For example 75|57). This means that the price will be calculated for shipments that have a departure place from 75 or 57.
country_to : Arrival country of the shipment. Same configuration than country_from
postcode_to : Departure postal code of the shipment. Same configuration than postcode_from
tarif_min : Minimum applicable price. For example: If the calculated price per km is below this price, then we will use this tarif_min
km_min : Minimum km of the applicable range
km_max : Maximum km if the applicable range
price_per_km : Price per km that will be used to calculate the final auction price (If you add ap price_per_km you should not add a fixed_price)
fixed_price : Fixed price for these parameters (If you add a fixed_price you should not add a price_per_km)
vehicle_type : vehicle type of the pricing (Accepted value : BREAK, FRG1, FRG2, FRG3, FRG4, FRGR, PL5, PL9, SEMI)
Vehicle type matching :
- BREAK = CAR + [1 EURO PALLET / 2M3 ]
- FRG1 = SMALL VAN [1 EURO PALLET / 3M3]
- FRG2 = VAN [4 EURO PALLETS / 6M3]
- FRG3 = LONG VAN [5-6 EURO PALLETS / 14M3]
- FRG4 = TILT/BOX VAN [8 EURO PALLETS / 20M3]
- FRGR = 7,5T TRUCK
- PL5 = 12T TRUCK
- PL9 = 18T TRUCK
- SEMI = TRAILER
